1. What happens to your pension figures

The salary, age, years of contributions, pension points or savings balance you enter into a PensionRetraite calculator are processed by JavaScript in your own browser. They are never sent to us, never stored on a server and never kept on your device: reload the page and they are gone. There is no account and no sign-up.

Radif Partners, the publisher, therefore holds no file about the people who use these sixteen country simulators. If you email us, your message is used only to answer you and is then deleted.

2. No cookies

PensionRetraite sets no cookies: no audience, advertising or social-media cookie, and no Microsoft Clarity cookie either (_clck, _clsk, MUID, CLID). With nothing to accept or decline, the site shows no cookie banner. The only thing your browser may keep is the light or dark display you choose with the theme button, and only if you press it; that choice never leaves your device.

3. Anonymous check of site stability

To find calculators that break on a given phone or browser, we use Microsoft Clarity in cookieless mode. It reports technical signals only: script errors, loading times, clicks that lead nowhere and how far a page is scrolled. Every page view gets its own random identifier, so visits are not linked to one another, and page text and every input field are masked in your browser before anything is sent: Clarity never sees a salary or an age.

• Purpose: detecting and fixing technical faults. No profiling, no advertising, nothing sold.
• Retention: 30 days for page-view records, 13 months for aggregated statistics.
• Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping a free tool working (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; equivalent provisions of the UK GDPR and other national laws).
• How to object: block clarity.ms in your browser or with a content blocker, or write to contact@pensionretraite.com. All calculators work the same without it.

4. Hosting

The site is served by GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc., United States). Like any web host, GitHub records short technical logs (IP address, page requested, time) to deliver and protect the service; we have no access to them. Transfers to the United States rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

5. Your rights

You may ask for access to, correction or erasure of any data about you and object to the stability check, by writing to contact@pensionretraite.com; we reply within 30 days. As we keep no file on readers, the answer is usually that we hold nothing about you. You may also complain to a data protection authority: the CNIL in France, where the publisher is established, the ICO in the United Kingdom, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, the OAIC in Australia, or the authority of your own country.
